Fredagskos, Friday cosiness Nordic style

the everyday simple things in life is something that people in the Nordic countries do with style and skill. It feels effortless and is a habit that most people here have grown up with and learnt to embrace from an early age.

Fredagskos or cosy Fridayness, if you like in English, is another one of those simple but structured weekly rituals that you find in the Nordic countries.  In the Nordic countries there are different ways and days of celebrating each countries version of fredagskos, but to simplify matters we’ll look at Norway’s version.
