Vispipuuro - Finnish Whipped Dessert. Pink Food!

Vispipuuro or Finnish whipped dessert is wonderful traditional dish that you find in most Nordic cuisines. It's a bowlful of cool, comfort food that reminds many people of their childhoods.

Although you find this dish is all the Nordic cuisines, it's the Finnish version that I want to share with you simply because we don't make enough Finnish food throughout the world.
