Decadent Hot Chocolate with Norwegian Brunost

One of my most popular recipes on the Living a Nordic Life website is a recipe from 1875 for a delicious hot chocolate. Nearly 40,000 people have made it! And I have to say it's my favourite hot chocolate recipe too.

Autumn for me and my family is the start of hot chocolate season (if there is such a thing). I make sure I have a good stock of cocoa powder and mini marshmallows for the kids to make themselves hot chocolate whenever they want. But for something a little more decadent I love to make this recipe with the addition of two secret ingredients that make it something seriously special.
